In 2011, James Robison was commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Army and attended UNLV's School of Dental Medicine on the U.S. Army's HPSP scholarship. Upon graduation, he attended BOLC at Fort Sam Houston, TX, was promoted to Captain, and sent to Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
At Fort Bragg, he was assigned to Dental Health Activity (DHA) where he acted as a general dentist for thousands of soldiers.
In 2018, Dr. Robison graduated Airborne School at Fort Benning, GA, and was assigned to the 528th Sustainment Brigade. (Come check out his paratrooper paraphernalia displayed in the office).
At the 528th, Dr. Robison managed the arms room, provided dental care to over 900 soldiers, and taught dental courses to Special Operations Combat Medics.
In 2019, Dr. Robison transitioned to the California National Guard where he has served on COVID missions and during the civil unrest in 2020.
In 2022, Dr. Robison was promoted to Major and continues to serve in the National Guard.
